Pros: Makes us look more official, sticks in the mind of the customer, less cash required, marketing
Cons: Doesn't generate cash flow,
🛒 Expansion via Taco Carts
- More taco carts for small party catering
- Estimate $5k each (includes griddle, cooking utensils, etc.)
Pros: Makes us look more official, generates cashflow, brand distribution known opportunity, takes advantage of future demand we know we'll have
Cons: storing and transporting carts, Increased labor cost, taking time to train people, Limited runway due to kitchen capacity
👨🏻🍳 Kitchen/Storefront down the line
- Get our own kitchen in a year or two.
- How much $ will we need to do this?
- Make sure cash reserves are there as a buffer and business does not have too much debt to take on another loan.
- Necessary to expand our current business
Pros: Makes us look more official, gives customers a place to go, expands current business reach,
Cons: Time consuming, costly, more debt likely
🍔 🐣 New Food Brands
- A new pop-up. Can make it simple, where we can leverage many of the assets we currently have
- In the short term a decision would be made directly between this and more taco carts. Once (if) demand for taco carts drys up than this could be added as an expenditure thats not taking capital directly from taco cart expansion.

Pros: another option for customers, easy to start up, could build business and sell to generate cash, diversifies business
Cons: time taken away from current business, requires some new assets, managing to separate brands, split capital allocations.
📱Food Truck Inventory App
- Some sort of useable
- $10k investment
Pros: high margin, scalable, ChatGPT + Replit makes this a bit more feasible
Cons: upfront time/capital costs with possibility of no return, difficult to get customers, no experience,
🤨 Consulting
- teach people how to start in the food business (supply excel files, contacts, blog, etc.
- This is more for the future, once we've proved an established and succesful business plan.
Pros: Generates cashflow, high margin, creates connections.
Cons: no experience (how do we even start), upfront time sink with possibility of no return, difficult to get customers, not proven enough ourselves

Pros
- No Counter-party risk
- The best money ever
- Beneficial to society
- We have conviction in it.
Cons
- Our individual portfolios have high BTC exposure
- Capital gains if we ever want to sell
- Taking capital away from betting on ourselves
