What do we go through on a weekly basis? Well ... it changes each every week, so that's what makes it interesting, and therefore, "bloggable" in my mind.

Tossing around the idea of having bowls on site.
Think, Chipotle burrito bowls, but with our own TUCKEDito spin.
We just need to determine what would be the best flavors to do, along with whether we have enough refrigerator space.

🕰 Updates from Past Weeks
Cilantro Lime Rice
The rice cooker worked to keep it from drying out, but it did get cold after about an hour. It was slightly windy and with our tent set up, that proved to be a killer.
Back to the drawing board.

👶🏻 New this Week
Margins
Different way's to look at our margins and how they've been affected. I started looking at our average ticket price's 10 day moving average.
I'm going to take this and then bump it up against the increase in price of our raw materials to see if we're losing ground still, even after raising our prices.
