We got Tacos 🌮🌮🌮 on the menu! We are really excited about this. it's fun for us to offer something new.

It's been holding pretty well in the steam pans for us, so we got an electric food warmer and put it on our prep table. This increases our capacity, and the position of it makes it easy for the register operator to quickly grab the sides!

So, we're starting to think about how we want to expand our business to grow our revenues. It's exciting and a little bit stressful.
I'm putting together some financial projections and a blog post centered around those financial projections, with added context to explain how we're thinking about everything.
We're definitely going to want some help with this from anybody who has experience, so, spread the word

Catering Menu
I'm in the process of getting together a document that summarizes the different catering options that we provide. Inquiries started coming in rapidly, since the beginning of April. We need something standard we can send out.
It needs to be simple, clear, and aesthetically satisfying. I'm using Canva to do it. I highly recommend Canva for any small business owners. It makes developing content and promotional materials much easier
